Product availability does not mean that every feature or installation method is lawful in every location. Do not adjust or operate a product in a way that distracts you while driving.

3. Product Information and Compatibility

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, specifications, images, compatibility information, prices, and availability.

However:

  • Product colour and appearance may vary because of screens, lighting, photography, or production revisions
  • Packaging may change without materially changing the product
  • Features may vary by model, hardware version, firmware version, region, or accessory
  • Measurements and technical specifications may be approximate

You are responsible for confirming that a product, accessory, firmware file, or installation method is suitable for your intended use and compatible with your product model and vehicle.

4. Prices, Promotions, and Availability

Prices, discounts, promotional offers, and product availability may change without prior notice.

The price displayed when an order is submitted is subject to successful payment, product availability, and order acceptance. Placing a product in a shopping cart does not reserve inventory.

We may correct pricing, description, availability, or technical errors and may cancel an affected order where reasonably necessary. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

5. Orders and Order Acceptance

After an order is submitted, you may receive an electronic confirmation. The confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted or shipped.

6. Payment

7. Shipping and Delivery

Order processing, shipping charges, estimated delivery periods, tracking, customs, address errors, delayed shipments, and delivery-related matters are governed by the SEEMOPEN Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless a guaranteed service is expressly confirmed. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the applicable return conditions.

Eligible SEEMOPEN products include an 18-month limited warranty, subject to the coverage, exclusions, and claim requirements stated in the Warranty Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Safe Installation and Operation

You are responsible for installing and operating the product according to the instructions supplied for the exact model.

Professional installation may be appropriate where hardwiring, vehicle panels, airbags, electrical systems, or specialized cable routing are involved.

SEEMOPEN is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, incompatible accessories, unsafe wiring, vehicle modification, or operation outside the stated product requirements, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

10. Firmware, Manuals, and Downloads

Manuals, firmware, software, and installation resources are provided only for compatible products.

Before installing firmware, confirm:

  • The exact product model
  • The hardware version
  • The current firmware version
  • Compatibility with the downloaded file
  • That the update instructions have been read and followed

Installing incorrect firmware may damage the product and may not be covered by warranty.

You may not modify, sell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or misuse downloadable materials except where applicable law expressly permits it.

11. Intellectual Property

Where liability may legally be limited, SEEMOPEN’s total liability relating to a product will not exceed the amount paid for that product. This limitation does not reduce mandatory consumer rights.

We may suspend or terminate access to the website where reasonably necessary because of a material breach of these Terms, fraudulent or abusive activity, a security risk, or a legal requirement.

19. Severability and Waiver

A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.
